Andrew Pepper is a British actor, singer and \u201cwalking Dr Seuss character\u201d <\/span>(thanks, Time Out!)\u00a0who works predominantly on stage.<\/p>\n

In the winter of 2023, he made his Paris theatre debut at the legendary<\/span> Th\u00e9\u00e2tre du Lido, played Hysterium in the (long overdue) French premiere of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In 2024, he entered his villain era, playing Abanazaar in Aladdin <\/em>at the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre.<\/p>\n

And in 2025, he returned to Th\u00e9\u00e2tre du Lido to play Ruth in the French premiere of New York cult hit Titanique<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Andrew began his career wreaking havoc on Cherry Tree Lane in the original West End production of Mary Poppins <\/i>and has since played a scarecrow, a Restoration fop, an American assassin, the Grinch, a mad vegan, a mad professor and the Mad Hatter (twice).\u00a0<\/p>\n

He\u2019s played Shakespeare clowns, a singing landmine, and as a pantomime Dame he\u2019s flirted his way into the hearts of the good people of Chipping Norton.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For the past 17 years, he’s also regularly acted, directed and dramaturged with children\u2019s mentoring charity Scene and Heard.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
